In my opinion as a student,
a good grades sometimes make me
seems motivated to be better on the next chance, but sometimes it makes me complacent.
So,
it will be destroy my spirit to study more, but not to hypocritical. as a
students I really need a good grades to be used as a graduation requirement and
considered in the workplace.
BUT,
sometimes in the workplace, we cant always use a good
grades to be a good employee. The experience in the workplace is better to how
you keep a capacity in your job.
good grades is not always encourage student to learn and learn, now back to another student to choose which one the important one.
